Landspeeders need serious buff and fixing

I don't know when the nerf happened for these things, but I don't remember the STAP being so useless. Granted, I'm not the best shot with it, either (don't even look at how I unload into a friendly tank while only focusing on the heavy trooper behind it lol)... But the total lack of any splash / AoE damage severely hinders the usefulness of it. Extremely hard to hit anyone, and it deals miserably low damage when finally making a dead-on shot.

... And the BARC, well damn. At first I didn't see what was going on. Then I found out: all my shots land in one exact random spot  (upper right corner of the arch) - wherever I am.
