Leia skin - no crate, skin still locked

I had logged in multiple times during the timeframe. Played 2 rounds of CS. Captured multiple points and I have no Leia crate and the skin is still locked. Anyone else?

Shut down the game. Restarted. Crate magically appeared. Very glad.

This kind of sync issue can happen with total progression as well (character levels getting reset), or a Star Card being locked even though you've reached the required level.
Restarting the game or power cycling the console usually solves these issues, glad it worked for you as well.
