Loading Screen crash in every game mode, PC literally shuts down, 100% CPU spike

I am running an i7-7700k Nvidia GTX 1070 with 16g of RAM. DirectX 12 is installed and updated. The option is turned off in game.  My resources spike on loading screens. My RAM is at 100%, my Disk us...

I almost have the same issue apart from instead of my system shutting down the game just suddenly closes. I have a i5 4690K@4.6GHz and a GTX 1060 6GB@2GHz with 16 GB RAM.

It's so annoying.
