Locked out of playing Battlefront

Need help linking my EA account to my PS4 to play my Battlefront  game

the last week i have not been able to play battlefront or any ea game on my ps4 it says my account is invalid. i do not know why this is the case i was playing the game a week ago fine. i have tried to contact ea support but they are not doing anything about it. they had sent me a message to ensure that it was my ps4 which i responded to them with the code they sent but after that all they have said multiple times is

"I have reviewed your case and it looks like you did not mention any new email id. Do you have another email address that isn’t being used by an EA Account? If so, please send it to us or create a new email address if you don’t have another one available." 

Which i have never used another email account. i have only the one email account which is the very account that i am on right now for the forum. I really want to play battlefront and i just paid for the expansion pack not long ago that unlocked everything. i have tried everything i know how to do with every ea game. including deleting everything off the ps4 and re downloading a game in hopes the EA sign up page would pop up so i could re put in my ea account. that didn't work it just popped up with the invalid account again. i have been locked out of playing all my games.

please i am begging if anyone knows how to get my games back please let me know i really want to play them.
