Log-in crash on Xbox Series S

Hoping someone here can be of help since it's been nine months of unsuccessful attempts. 

My game first crashed in March 2024, unexpectedly. I was used to this game crashing, and didn't think much of it. However, in every log-in attempt since, the game has crashed. I can get to the initial screen (with Rey, Iden, Maul) at which point I am prompted to "Press A to play as [my gamertag]." As soon as I click that, the game crashes. I think it's unique to my Xbox or EA account because my girlfriend has her own account on my Xbox and can log in just fine and run the game. I never can advance past the aforementioned screen; just instant crash every time. 

Here is what I have tried to no avail:

  • Restart Xbox
  • Log out of Xbox profile
  • Wipe the saved data
  • Hard reset of Xbox
  • Uninstall game, reinstall game
  • Clear cache
  • Try and launch the game without internet
  • Reached out to EA, who told me to try the forums

If anyone has any clue of what I should be doing, I'd be thankful for life! I had 1000 hours into my profile and would hate to have to grind again.

    I get the heebie jeebies every time I see someone post about two accounts on the same device. While the game *may* be designed to allow it, I'm fairly certain it isn't the first use case for testing.

    When you did the hard reset, did you install and try your stuff first?
