Long Boot Loading and in game map loading.

Hi there, I've had SWBF2 for about a year or 2 now, and some of my friends got the game free so I wanted to join in on the fun. I reinstalled the game, and now it takes about 5 minutes for the game to boot up, and get to the main menu, all while its horrendously laggy. I get into a game, and all my squad mates load in 15 seconds, and it takes me about 2 minutes to actually get in the game, and the game even puts me in a separate squad from my party since it took forever to join. Then the game has horrendous lag/fps drops. This has never ever occured  to me before I came back to this game. It always ran fine and smoothly prior to picking this game back up in this past week. My PC is a solid build too, I have this installed on my 1tb SSD that has a ton of space on it, and I have 16 gb ram, a ryzen 5 2600 and a EVGA 2060. I just want to play this game without it being brutal. I've tried so many things, uninstalling the game and origin and then reinstalling both fresh, yet it still is running horribly. I've had 100 hours in this game prior without any issues like this. Please help me forums, you are my only hope.
