Long load times on PC
So I have scoured the internet at this point looking for ANY possible fix to the game taking a really long time to load and have come up completely empty.
I have the game installed on an M.2 SSD and it still takes 2 to 3 minutes to load the main menu. I launch the game the same time as my friends and they are all already loaded into a game killing people well before I even see the EA logo. Then if I do wait long enough to be able to play, I load so slowly that I don't even get put into a squad with my party. It will be 3 of them and a random, while when I make it in it is me +3 randoms.
I have seen no official responses to this issue outside of a Community Manager telling somebody to get an SSD. I have seen threads talking about this issue as far back as 2017. Is this really just an unsolvable issue? I pretty much refuse to play until I can get this fixed.
Can't even back out to the main menu mid match in a short amount of time.
I seemed to have solved this issue by ticking the "run as administrator" box in compatibility settings for the exe of the game. Dunno if it helped, but I also added exclusions in Windows Security for the game folder and exe itself. I don't have another antivirus software so it defaults to Windows Security.
