Loot Crates give, then takeaway, credits and crafting parts

Summarize your bug Loot crates that offer credits and crafting parts are taken away after I receive them.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's happened when opening either daily or credit bought crates. There's only two times I thought to record it.
What happens when the bug occurs? If I have, say, 25 crafting parts, I open box and earn five. The number at the top of the screen goes 30. I examine what I have, then I exit. I see the collection at the top that said 30 go back to 25. The same thing happens with credits. The star card doesn't go away, just the credits and craft parts. I'm sure you know how upset people are with the loot crate system. This bug makes it so much worse. I remember it happening in the beta. (You have a required field for when the bug occurs, there's no option for that it occurred in the menu.)

There are times, often, when I open loot crates and get rewarded with either credits or crafting parts. After the contents of the loot box is revealed, I exit, and I lose both credits and crafting parts (I don't lose the star card, if there is one). This is beyond frustrating, because this occurs frequently, and it is already so difficult and tedious to progress in this game as it is. 

I already hate that the loot crate system is so intrinsically tied to the game's progression. This glitch (which I noticed also occurred in beta) makes progression even more harder to attain. It is beyond upsetting, to the point where I wonder why I bother playing.

    This occurred again today at around 6:40pm EST when I opened a Hero crate. This time I kept the credits, but lost the crafting parts. I'd really like to know if this is happening to anyone else.

    Video of it occurring is here. Watch the top right as I unlock credits and crafting parts. The number goes from 35, to 40 on crafting parts. The credits from 255 to 330. When I leave, the numbers go back down to 35 crafting parts and 255 credits. Again, this happens FREQUENTLY, no matter if the crate is a daily one or bought one.

    Please acknowledge this. Please fix this. The game is fun. The progression is not. This makes it worse.

    Yep, the same thing has happened to me every day over the past few weeks and I kept thinking I was imagining it until today! I always just assumed the game wasn't going to cheat you! Unfortunately I've just realized that it's been cheating me every day for the past few weeks out of both crafting parts and credits! I guess EA is upset about the "pay to win" debacle and now it's just trying to cheat its customers in a different way?
