Loss of performance in Star Wars: Battlefront 2 after yesterdays patch

I noticed cpu usage went up sharply after the update, but like you it could be a coincidence as i updated the alienware command center also, which still doesn't seem to work right, temps very quickly go to 100 and stay there for about 3 minutes before coming down from throttling.

But my fps stays at 60 from v synch....
