Lost Content and Progression
I had re-download the game and I had found out that I had lost all of the cards I had for all of the characters and all the progression in my career milestones
Assuming you've already confirmed you are using the same account, you'll need to contact EA support directly, as you are experiencing an account issue, which cannot be fixed by anyone on this forum.
