Exactly my point. Crystals were either purchased between November 14th to November 16th, if you saved those, or had any reason to save them until now, that is your business. After November 17th Crystals cannot be purchased, nor can you redeem them with gift cards.
In game at present Crystals can only be awarded by completing Milestones. And as Dacen mentioned: I have taken screen shots of every crate I have opened since November 30th 2017, and Ive not seen crystals in any.

So you have ten as in the number 10 individual cases of the same thing that you have actually spoken with EA Help? Where these emails, chat windows or phone calls? And each person, I mean each EA Help representative told you to have your problem fixed here at Answers HQ?
Not that I am doubting you, but I chatted with a representative about the Surprise Crate, and it was attached to my email address within 40 minutes.
Community Admin@Bejaminharnisch Crystals were never given in crates, full stop. Crafting parts were, and I think this is what you're mixing up with the crystals.
Either there's a misunderstanding or there's a visual issue/bug, one that appears to be unique to you as I've personally gone through hundreds of posts and logs from folks reporting currency issues. As mentioned if you have an old screenshot or clip showing this balance I'd be very interested in seeing it.
