Luke Falling Through Map on Pillio

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above: I’ve had the game for two days.
How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Playing a level in the campaign, specifically the level on Pillio.
How is this making it more difficult? My character falls through the map before the level even starts and the Xbox shuts down if I try to restart.
How can we reproduce this experience? Play the level

Hi,

I’ve been playing Battlefront II for two days (this is my second day) and I can’t progress further than Mission #4.

Whenever I try to play the mission, Luke Skywalker falls through the map before the map even loads in. Whenever I try to restart the mission or go back to the last checkpoint, my Xbox crashes and fully shuts down.

I can’t progress any further right now, hopefully this is fixed very soon.

So I found a fix for me. I pressed restart mission and when I'm in the cut scene I skip past it. It loaded me straight on no problem. I hope this helps someone

Was playing through and had this glitch. It froze my Xbox multiple times, and I tried multiple hard resets and removing the disc; all to no avail. I was falling for like 5 minutes while I read through the thread. I paused the game and clicked on "Reload Last Checkpoint". Started right where you are before Luke falls.

That happened to me too I just restarted the level and it worked
