Summarize your bug Despite playing Luke multiple times in heros vs villians both before and after the 1.2 patch luke will not level up from level 4

What happens when the bug occurs? Luke wont level up past lv 4
What do you expect to see? Just being able to play and level up luke skywalker

Luke wont level up at all and it makes it really hard to play him pls help
You can play him as long as you want, his lvl won't rise. The lvl is only made up by the starcards you have for that specific character, and what rarity they are. So you need to craft additional starcards for luke to increase his lvl to get the ability to upgrade the rarity of those starcards to further increase luke's lvl and so on.
