Luke: "Unlock hero in the collection menu" UI bug

Summarize your bug I have Luke unlocked. On the hero selection screen for HvV, if I click the "Equip Cards" button and then return to the list, it shows the message "Unlock hero in the collection menu" when it shouldn't.
