This BUG is related to his rush attack, and it also happens with Maul and Phasma at least.
Modders have finally re-enabled splitscreen for PC, so I'll finally be able to proceed with my tests to prove that this BUG is tied to their skills (Rush, Spin, and Staff Strikes).
I hope to have more info on this BUG this week

Could you bring footage or explain it better? AFAIK, Palpatine has no skill that does this type of BUG, like with these 3 heroes I mentioned before. However, Palpatine had the Chain Lightning Continuous Attack BUG, which allowed him to shoot his normal lightning for some time after using chain lightning while attacking at the same time. This BUG allowed palpatine to attack without pressing any attack button, and also continue to attack while being tossed away, immobilized, or even dead, so long an enemy would stay near enough of his aim while in these states.
But this Chain Lightning BUG has been fixed on the latest patch (Dooku's January 23rd Patch Update)
I dont know where it is coming from - i just know that i get electroshocked sometimes even though there is no Palp around anymore.
