Matchmaking

I'm trying to find a way to send a real support ticket about Battlefield 2042 but can't find anything regarding it. Yeah, make an post into the community forum about bugs, like the community would be able to fix it.. I know it doesn't do anything if I send an email, because it'll be read at the earliest of January 2025 (not joking either), but at least it would make me feel better to know that I'm at least trying to do something.

Matchmaking bug:

For a week every month I can find one full lobby each day no matter what gamemode I play. Just one. After that all I can find is 10-50 players on each lobby I join (max. 10 on 64, max. 50 on 128). Players with consoles or PC. I play through Steam, EU region. We could play that one match for 30 minutes and not one new player ever joins in it after the round starts. It's all bots. Even if there ends up being 5 real people because the rest will leave mid match, no new players find it. I have had this bug for three and a half YEARS. After that "bad luck week" or whatever passes I'll find full lobbies again with no problem. Without me doing anything about it, which leads me to be absolutely sure there isn't anything I could actually do to fix it myself. But I've tried..

I have tinkered with my modem, with my settings, with cmd. Over the years I've got a new modem, a new cable, a slower connection and a faster connection. The bug always persists.

I've spent dozens and dozens of hours googleing this. I've tried every trick I've found. To give an example of "why I think this has nothing to do with my settings or my connection, and actually is something I can not fix myself", is I never have this issue on any other game. I have Battlefield 4, Bad Company 2, Battlefield V. None of those three has EVER had this issue. Not once. Star Wars Battlefront 2 never had this issue. Counter-Strike never had this issue. Team Fortress 2 never had this issue. Forza Horizon 4 or 5 have never had this issue. It is literally just this game where I have this issue. If it was just me finding NO OTHER players at all then for sure it would be either my connection or region, but like I said I do find players but not nearly as many as I should. And it's not even a bug in the crossplay either, as like I said I do find xbox, ps and pc players mixed. There still is a slight sliver of hope that this would get adressed and fixed some day but I'm not holding my breath. It's just very frustrating since there seems to be no place I could actually try to get some customer service, or be guaranteed that someone will look into it. Hell, even if it's not fixable I wouldn't be surprised but I just would love to know that the developers notice stuff like this is happening to an minority of the playerbase.
