Mega Glitch Taking Away Our Real Money Skin Purchases, Fix ASAP, Very Dangerous

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the “collections screen” look to the right of the skin and if the skin is selected and already purchased, check and see if there is a buy for (this much) credits sign. If so try selecting another skin, it will re-lock the skin like you never bought it.
What happens when the bug occurs? You lose your skin purchase,
What do you expect to see? Well I bought it, it’s mine...I should have the skin forever.

Issue #1: Okay so I was out in menus in the “collection screen”. A hour or less earlier I had just purchased for 20,000 credits the Quarren Rebel 01, but after playing Strike for like 45 minutes I went back in and found something odd. My Quarren Rebel 01 had purchase writing on the right even though I was using that skin. The minute I selected another skin I was locked out of the Quarren Rebel 01 skin like as if I had never purchased it.
Now it is important to mention that I have 2 accounts and I can tell you this is happening a lot on both. It has now happened to me 8 times. Before when it happened I let it go because the credits were for small stuff like 5,000 credits, but now it is happening to my way more expensive purchases.
This is really bad news for DICE. This could create a media fire storm. Imagine what would happen if the media caught wind of the fact that player purchases with real money was being erased like they never bought it. That is illegal, it is theft (yes I know it’s a glitch but it still is). If the player spent $20.00 to get those credits and then the game takes away those purchases that’s an epic disaster. The theft of $20.00 or more falls under the category of felony in the United States. I’m telling you about this glitch because it could sink DICE. They need to fix this mega glitch ASAP.
Noooo a cold reboot did not fix it.

Oh and the proof I’m showing you happened the very next day at 5:20am 06/26/2018, with yet “another” skin. I can duplicate this 15% of the time. You just never know when it’s going to occur.

There was a slight error in the video, that skin was 5000 credits but the Quarren 01 skin was indeed 20000, as well was the Abednedo alien skin was 20000 and as you can see the glitch is quite real.

How can we find this glitch? - Wow that’s a hard one, it’s soooo rare, just play the game I guess.
The issue, what happened?-
The Star Card: Improved Battle Command “Officer” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Improved Thermal Detonator “Assault” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1Star Card: Improved Combat Shield “Heavy” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Expert Weapons Handling “Specialist” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Bodyguard “Specialist” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Scramble Infiltration “Specialist” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Trip Mine “Specialist” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: Kill Streak Infiltration “Specialist” was purple now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card Extended Exposure “Bobba Fett” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card Furious Resilience “Chewbacca” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 3 Star Cards: Pulse Cannon Mystery, Acquiring Targets, Cooled Blaster “Iden Versio” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 3 Star Cards: Solid Freeze, Power Reach, Beserking Tantrum “Kylo Ren” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 3 Star Cards: Maximized Efficiency, In the Zone, Wide Eyed “Londo Calrissian” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 1 Star Card: High Spirit “Princess Leia” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 2 Star Cards: Far Sight, Deep Mind “Rey” was blue now locked and down to grey.
The 2 Star Cards: Unleashed, Lightsaber Mastery “Yoda” was purple and now is locked and down to grey.
The 2 Star Cards: Regenerative Subsystems, Tuned Laser “Tie Silencer” was grey and now is locked.
The 1 Star Card: Experienced Scavenger “Millennium Falcon” (Rey and Chewy) was grey and now is locked.
The 1 Star Card: Engine Heat Dissipater “ACTIS Class Light Interceptor Yoda” was grey and now is locked.
How I fixed it: I cold booted my X-Box One (i.e.- unplugged it from the wall then re-turned it on) and it all went back to normal, so weird. I feel it is important though to bring it up since the second time it happened was waaay worse the the first occurrence; at least it is now fixable.
The first time it occurred it happened to like 3 star cards and then I cold booted it and it went back to normal; gosh that was like a few weeks ago though. This all seemed worth mentioning though.
I am not sure if it’s a glitch or hackers, it’s all very strange.
