What is the name of your second account? So we can take a look, if we can see any issues, It looks to be a sync issue by looking at it from the outside, so to speak.

@EA_Atic (EA Community Manager): Well my main account is SNIPERWOLF731 and my secondary account is MtyMooPwrPuffHB.
DICE TeamIssue: It still only seems to be happening with my secondary account on my X-Box One, not my primary. It is under my wife's gamertag name MtyMooPwrPuffHB (it stands for "Mighty Moo PowerPuff Hamburger" lol 😂 incase you were wondering, just saying).
Issue: Well was in menus in her account and sure enough when I wanted to switch my appearance for the Assault Class when I deselected that one re-locked.
If your just trying to see it on the normal account that won't work. It seems to only be triggered if there is a secondary account on the X-Box One. Here is a way possibly for you to see it...Please please please EA or DICE, please:
(1.) go on your X-Box One
(2.) load other then your main X-Box One account (i.e. another secondary account): preferably one with most skins already unlocked
(3.) load Star Wars Battlefront 2
(4.) go to Colletction
(5.) select any class
(6.) change the appearance of the class (see if the old appearance re-locks requiring a purchase again), repeat even on Heroes and such.
Do this many times to be sure it isn't doing it with many classes and Heroes and Villains. Thank you.
