Milestone problem after playing in offline mode PS4
I have bought Battlefront for PS4 in pre-order and I already have an issue. I started playing campaign before installing an update (means in offline mode). Not only the game has not recorded the progress after installing an update, but also won't allow me to "unlock" hidden items that I've discovered during playing it in offline mode.
I could get achievements and mission milestones by walking through the missions again, but scavenger milestones remain locked and playing missions again doesn't help - the collectibles just don’t show as active element because they have been already found.
I sent PM to the official EA Star Wars team on Facebook, but I heven't got any reply. I also spent half an hour waiting and wasted another 45 minutes or so chatting to someone from tech support who couldn't help me and was taking his time replying my messages. It is kind of frustrating that I've paid £70 for the game and there's something wrong with it on the very first day. ;/
Is there anything you could do to help me resolve the issue?
