Milestones not unlocking

PS4 User - I’ve completed two milestones in the trooper category but they won’t unlock. The progress has been completely done 250/250 for the IQA and 250/250 for the TL-50 sharp shooter but it won’t allow me to claim my reward. Any ideas? Thanks
