Missing appearances

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I purchased the Elite Deluxe edition and also the Celebration pack. I have not received the Old Master for Maul, Farm Boy for Luke or Princess for Leia.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? AtomicLizardABG
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The appearances are not available in my shop.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't select the appearances.
What do you expect to see? That I can select the appearances.

    @Atomicgenie

    DICE deliberately walled those appearances (and some of the emotes, voice lines and victory poses) behind a 2,500 to 5,000 kill gate. You can’t purchase them.

    At least it’s 5,000 kills with any Light/dark side hero now. It used to be 5,000 kills with Darth Maul and him only for Old Master
