Missing Darth Maul Emote “KENOBI!”

StarWars EA Battlefront 2  has a career tab where you can unlock rewards for characters by completing quests, one of those quests being the challenge called “Old Rivalry” where you must get 1,500 kills as Darth Maul and will be rewarded with the emote “KENOBI!” As previously mentioned, in my case once I had unlocked it I immediately left the game to go try it out in the lobby but when I went to the lobby and went to go equip the emote it was not there and still had the padlock simple on it symbolising it was still not unlocked but when I went to the career tab it said “Old Rivalry” was completed, I immediately went to EA support as last time I had this issue it was resolved in less than ten minutes, this time it was not resolved and it has been 7 days of countless back to back emails, constantly getting told they will look into it only to find out it would be given to the next team to look at and it appears it is in a loop with this now as this exact thing has kept happening to the point where I had to open another ticket about it but was told to post this issue on here. Weirdly enough it had given me the voice line “KENOBI!” But not the emote, it is supposed to give both.
