Had a similar problem but it was with all characters, heroes too. I couldn't move or shoot with the characters then when I spawned in as a trooper, I was running around invisible and defenceless.
@Mackdaddy4192 There’s a couple people on the official ea forums that said they encountered this bug as well. I’m trying to raise attention to it because I find myself victim to it fairly often
That's good to hear. I will do what I can too. I am falling victim to it almost every time I play, making the game unplayable to me.
