Mods allowed or not allowed now ? ( please final clarification EA )

Hello, the support said I should ask here,

I am confused now:

EA recommend not to use mods online and in the therms it is not allowed without permission using mods generally . Is there a list of allowed mods for online and offline?

For example, I would only add my avatar picture from the Origin profile to the character's, can you give me the permission for that to use this online ? ( See attached picture )

The light side of the mod community who just want to change the look fair, knows that everything else chasnge the Game mechanics is unfair.

Please don't asnwer the standard Answer :
"We advise that you do not use mods online, and as always, you use of these mods is done at your own risk.

    Hey @Shisizu-wa we would advise that you do not use any mods when playing online.

    Any use of mods is done at your own risk and I would recommend taking a read of the EA Terms of Service as any breach of them can result in your account being banned: https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service

    Hey @Shisizu-wa there is nothing further that we can add in relation to this.

    If you decide to use a mod then you are doing so at your own risk.

    @EA_Darko Answer not the same again please and read my full Question i posted . I read the Terms. The terms say that you need a permit for mods. I ask here for that and is asks for a List which mods are already allowed in The Game. and you ignored that completly.

    Again :

    - Where to get a permission for this little mod i want to create ?
    - Where are a List which mods are already allowed ?
