Mods for E-11D unlocked but no crate

I have unlocked and received all weapon mods for the E-11D except the reduced recoil, which doesn't make any sense because I completed the task and did not receive any loot crate for the mod. However, I have completed and received loot crates the other mods for the E-11D, which doesn't make sense since they require more kills than the first one. I checked the milestones, and it says I have 25/25 kills, but it does not say completed for some reason. Someone help and or fix this.
