Mouse stuttering/not staying in game/tabbing out

So i have been playing BF2 for over a week now and i am busy searching for solutions to my mouse bugging out of the game everyday since i bought it.
If i play the game in window mode it is okay and i am able to play it smooth without a problem, but when i turn it into fullscreen mode it is like my mouse is stuttering and bugging out of my game. It is alright for like 1 minute but when i turn from left right with my mouse it doesn't register my mouse movement like it is going out of my game. 
It is like my game is not prioritized since i tab out of the game sometimes, even with no other apps open.
I only have this problem with this game.

I have a dual monitor setup and i use a tool that makes my cursor locked on 1 screen whilst playing games.

I have done the following things:

Discord overlay off
Origin overlay off
Nvidia overlay off

Run as administrator
Reinstalled
Removed cache
Removed settings file
Updated nvidia drivers
Updated windows

I would really want to play this game in fullscreen mode, since the resolution id like to play is only optional in fullscreen mode. 
Any solutions are appriciate !.
