Multiplayer and solo play unplayable Help plz

Summarize your bug Any time I load into multiplayer, arcade, or campaign it starts to load until it freezes and crashes. I have uninstalled and redownloaded 3 times, deleted local and online storage, I don't know what to do I just want to play.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know look at my account or something I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? My game freezes and then PS4 freezes and crashes untill reset
What do you expect to see? I dont expect I know, I start any game mode and my PS4 crashes.
