MULTIPLAYER mode xbox one battlefront 2

Anytime i go multiplayer... the game freezes...glitches....and player suddenly appears in a different location. The lag makes it unplayable and extremely frustrating. Any suggestions on solution? I love this game...but this is making me insane. Thanks
