The number looks like small, but it makes huge difference.

60% Damage reduction is great... but only for 0.5sec? 🤐

It is good card. (Overkill for troopers.)

I tested it, it doesn't count when you hit 1 enemy multiple times.
But 15sec rechargetime for Cable Spin is so wonderful.
