No Background Sounds/Music on Main Menus from Start-Up

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug No sound/music is playing on start-up, even though it is selected to 'On'.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? LOTR2013
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 03/28/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 14:45
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By starting-up the game, and looking at the Audio options.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game starts-up, but there is no sound or background noise, even though the sound is set to 100% and is 'On'. The sound returns after turning the sound off and back on again in the Audio options.
What do you expect to see? The background noises and sound to be playing from start-up.

Happened today for the first time. Quickly to resolve, but shouldn't be happening.

    I have had the same issue, wasn't sure if it was on my side, but turned out to be the game, which didn't load the music. I had to go to the music options and re-set it to 'on'.

    Yeah I had this same issue upon start up when I get to the main menu there is no sound at all for the first minute or 2 and then it suddenly comes back on when I enter a game. At first I thought it was an issue with my sound system but it always happens now after last patch upon starting up only this game.

    I spoke too soon!

    Just happened again. Seems to be happening every time now. The sound only returns after going onto the 'Collection' menu. I haven't tried going into a game first.

    Me too. PC. Origin. Main menu sound off for about 30 seconds. Usually after opening daily crate its back on.

    Still happening, it comes back on after a while but it's really eerie and never did it before the progression update.

    Another case of an update causing problems totally unrelated to improvement.

    Hope this gets fixed soon as it doesn't instill any ongoing confidence in future updates/patches (not that I had much anyway).
