No Class/Hero XP and no Skill points

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I didnt get any class/Hero XP I didnt get skill points after update (i have 320 components)
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Exumiliator_501
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 21th of march
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 17:05
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1: complete a match 2: just start the game and look if youre components changed into skill points
What happens when the bug occurs? I wont get my class/Hero XP My components didnt change
What do you expect to see? That its fixed i guess..

    You will not have the option to convert the crafting parts in to skill points until after the next update in April.  For now, the only way to upgrade your cards is by playing the particular class and earning XP.  Once you earn enough XP, you will level up and be awarded a skill point.  You can then use the skill point earned in that class to unlock/upgrade a star card in that same class, assuming you have met the appropriate level gate.

    I got the same problem with officer.

    I mainly play as this class, and after some games it's progression stopped. I played like 3 more rounds and i didn't get any officer XP (but i did get hero XP though in those same rounds)

    It happened on PC
