No Valentines day content

I've not seen any official word about this... Nor did I receive anything despite playing several rounds of several modes and purchasing my own crates. Neither did a friend of mine. I'm thinking this just isn't true.

Hey, just so I can be clear, the crate was named the "surprise" crate, and most people got either 1 emote & 500 credits or 1000 credits in it. Can you confirm that you didn't get this one?

Yeah, I got it after a couple minutes with support via chat. I get it was a surprise... But with it not working and apparently folks not getting it, almost wasn't much point. I'm grateful for the gesture... But another testament that this game needs some serious attention to get its problems fixed.

Waiting for magic to happen myself - today couldn't get login crate before I quit the game twice - first time UI showed you have 2 crates, clicked on it -> no crates to open -> quit the game -> restart - now showed 1 crate to open -> click it and no crates to open -> quit the game -> restart -> got my login crate...
Played a few rounds of Starfighter Assault, acchieved milestone, menu showed got rewarded with Starfighter crate, went back to the crates - nada - restarted - got the last starfighter crate, after restarts still no valentines goodies -.-

I did not get this crate... I spoke to tech support and they said it would be resolved in 24 hrs... What do you know still no crate... Like any of this should be a surprise!!!! I am so tired of all the "EA LIES"!!!!
