No XP Progression On Classes/Heroes/Vehicles/Etc At End Of Match Bug

I am also having this problem with Bossk and Lando.  My Bossk it at level 18.  In one match it said I upgraded to level 20.  The next match I got 3/4 the way to level 21.  With Lando I was at level 24.  I played one match and got him to level 25.  After leaving the game to use my skill points, I noticed Bossk was still at level 18 with no XP given and no skill points given.  Its as if I never played those two matches.  With Lando it was the same thing.  No skill points, no XP, nothing.   I was playing HVV on Xbox One, about 5-6pm pst.

DICE, what are you going to do to fix this???
