Is this an issue with just the game or any game, it sounds like an issue with your console if it is making noises and I suspect it is either its hard drive or cd tray/laser
Have you tried cleaning your console?

Give that a try and let me know if it helped! as it sounds as if the PS4 is being ran harder in order to compensate for the game
