Boots on the ground with vehicles!

Boots on the ground..again...a horrible idea for an event where just about every regular player I know hates it. Another weekend of matches ruined by bad event design.

Speak for yourself. Most players I know love it.

I agree and it couldnt have been at a worst moment. BLACK FRIDAY sales and then you disable the heros. Thats what every newbie wants to play and sure, they get eaten by the veterans with the heros. -.-

But this shows again how badly this games need dedicated server clients so players can run their own servers. All this BS, not allowing mods, wanting to keep the noose on the games neck. It is pathetic, ea and dice. I hate your $$$ ways, you really dont like creative freedom anymore: lost it in the company, so why give others more freedom ... sell outs.

@Kanrei13So we have a bunch of players who love GA and, when the event is implemented, we now have that group split into players who love it and players who hate it.

To me, that's not OK, particularly when it disenfranchises players who have played since launch.

Also, boots on the ground 'with vehicles' doesn't mean the event is giving you something extra. It's still GA 'without hero content'; in the end, it's still removing content rather than adding it.
