Obi Wan All-Out push sometimes doesn't charge and fires immediately

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to charge all-out push while holding down the button (Q) yet it immediately fires as if I just tapped it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Holding down the Q button is supposed charge the skill up, yet it just goes off at minimum range usually hitting nothing because it's out of range most of the time.
