Occasional stutter when running around/ADS'ing

Ditto on the PS4. Still happening after the update. It’s in all modes and maps, campaign, too. GA Jakku map is the worst. And in SA, the starfighters stutter and jump across the screen. I’m noticing it gets bad when trying to use weapons and abilities, and when firing on foot or in flight.
