I am having an issue with in of my heroes not leveling up and getting the skill point. upon completing a match of Heroes vs Villains, where I played as Darth Vader, I leveled up my character, which it showed on the end page, but I didn’t receive my skill point, so I left the match to look at my collection, and upon looking on their I didn’t level up my character and had no skill point. Is this a known issue?

Since last thursday, I have played only Heroes' modes; HvV and 2v2, on PC. I had level up several heroes but i did not get skill points as reward.
I will not play more until there will be news about a solution.
Someone knows anything about a solution?
