@EA_Atic no, I didn’t spend crafting parts for skill points on any of these characters. I’m hoping that eventually this issue can be resolved, otherwise I won’t be able to play the game.

    I received crafting parts a while back, is this for my missing skill point? the crate was titled 'celebration crate'
