Palpatine's Dark Aura still gets Blind Animation Stuck in Continuous Loop

Summarize your bug If an enemy is affected by Dark Aura for a brief period, the blind animation gets stuck in an eternal loop until that same enemy gets affected by it again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Palpatine and an enemy (I tested on Rey and Anakin, and it worked on both), put the enemy in range of Dark Aura, but able to leave it using one backwards dodge (preferably just at the edge of the ability's radius). Then as Palpatine uses his Aura, the enemy must dodge backwards once. Done, the glitch is activated. To deactivate it you just need to let the aura touch the enemy again.

The second item is what's being reported here. It was deemed fixed in December 5th 2019, in the Reinforcement Appearences and UI Updates patch, which can be found here: https://battlefront-forums.ea.com/discussion/149811/community-transmission-reinforcement-appearances-ui-updates-release-notes/p1. But it wasn't fixed as can be seen in the next 2 GIFs:
I'm also attaching a video showing me triggering this BUG on purpose, although I use a slightly different method then the one I described above (the one described above is actually easier to do, but I only found after recording this one):
