Okay, they finally resolved my issue and e-mailed me a key. Thanks! It took a while, but I'm now downloading the Beta. Wish they could have worked out the kinks before hand.

Yeah you would think that having gotten people to pre-order by advertising beta access from the 4th of October they would have thought about having some system in place to, you know, send people beta keys for the 4th of October.
