Pixelated smoke and explosion in all game modes please help (xbox one s!!!!!!!!!

Summarize your bug When something explodes or smokey things happens i get so much pixelated images. Like pixelated smoke or explosion effects. I can't even see long distance becouse of that pixelations. it feels like im playing on a 640 pixel monitor but im not ! please tell me im not the only one who gets this bug
