Once again, thanks for bringing this to the attention of all gamer's.
I've been playing the "Age of Resistance," but as well as playing the game, I'm also testing the game and checking the levels of players when defeated. I can see that around 90% of defeats are by low level players.
I've also noticed ability's being ignored, a massive reduction in points being gained - especially for heroes and villains, slow player speeds compared with other players and much more...
There was a player who was 4th on the opposite teams leader board. He/she defeated me about 3 times and each time he/she was a different character. His/her character level ranged from 0-1. Either the handicap is so bad that it allows new players to reach high on the leader board, or that player has manipulated his/her account to start fresh, when in reality, this player is actually experienced.
I'm witnessing this frequently within the game, and the mechanics of the game have become, to a point, unplayable.
I've played a lot of games over the last few days and the majority of the games were one sided to the apposing teams. The matchmaking balancing is still a major problem, but I've also noticed that there seems to be an improper balancing between the light and the dark side.
This needs to be changed for a fairer game for all to enjoy.

I got no hero below level 40 for testing, except the new ones.
But I had some crazy fights with low level players in HvV.
And in Starfighter Assault it is notable, I get more often killed by a low level player then before this update. And often it is so fast that there was no time to react.
The silence from EA/Dice is not good for them and all of us.
So please EA: Give an answer!
