Was this progress always on the PS4 ? Did you log into the wrong origin account?
Might just be bug just enter a game and might fix it someone time unlocks don't show up for me in game?
Also they change some things there no more loot boxes so now you get everything from achieving so maybe that might have interfere with your thing since you been playing since beta.
Maybe link PlayStation and origin account then it might recognize something
