PLEASE PUNISH PEOPLE FOR LEAVING MID-GAME
Almost every single game of Heroes vs Villains i play, one of the teams has 3 players and the other one has 4. Sometimes even 2 versus 4. People leaving and joining mid game just ruins the game mode....

Yeah... I understand all of your points and why you disagree and i wrote that message after losing like five games in a row because of people on my team leaving or being AFK or something. Most of the time it's really not an issue.
A 30 minute cool down? Did you even think this through? I’m pretty sure that would make people just stop playing this game, I know I would.
Like others said, there are good reasons why people leave a match and not all of them are because they are losing.
