PLEASE PUNISH PEOPLE FOR LEAVING MID-GAME
Almost every single game of Heroes vs Villains i play, one of the teams has 3 players and the other one has 4. Sometimes even 2 versus 4. People leaving and joining mid game just ruins the game mode....

Ranking system could help to matchmake equally skilled opponents and prevent players from quitting in mid game when you only get ranking points after each match.
No punishment - sometimes I load in to an HvV full of ppl under lvl 5 and I leave because it'd be stacked if I stayed - people leaving can be a good thing.
