PLEASE PUNISH PEOPLE FOR LEAVING MID-GAME

Almost every single game of Heroes vs Villains i play, one of the teams has 3 players and the other one has 4. Sometimes even 2 versus 4. People leaving and joining mid game just ruins the game mode.

In other game modes it doesn't effect the match as much but 4 versus 4 is kinda terrible if people keep leaving and joining.

Solution: Small punishment for leaving from the game. Nothing serious, like a 30 minute cool down from playing or something to keep people from just leaving if their team is losing.
