Pre Order for BF2

i preordered the deluxe edition but i don’t have kylo nor rey’s the last jedi skin ? as i click on it it says that it is locked ?

Hey @jossaayy  where did you pre order the game from? 

If it was a physical copy you would have got a Pre order code to redeem on your platform.

    Same for me on PS4. I redeemed the codes for the Yoda lightsaber card and Last Jedi Hero pack in the PS4 store and they were accepted. Not showing up anywhere in the game though

      Hey @TinTin5757,

      could you check in game if Rey's Milennium Falcon is unlocked? The rest of the items should be coming in crates, have you checked if you have any unopened ones?

        Thanks for the reply. Checked a little earlier and everything seems to now be showing. Was there just some delay going on?
