Pre Ordered at September 30 by origin store, didn't get the Beta in library

I pre ordered the game by origin store at September 30 Singapore time. But haven't got the Beta in the library. All my friends that pre ordered long before have already got it.

Anybody have the same problem? Cause I think it's not late yet in my case. I contacted EA help and they say I'll get the access before or on October 4, somehow I am not convinced.

    Nice information, at least we can infere the problem, which obviously on the EA end.

    I have screenshot also from my friend who contacted EA chat and the guy said that he can still get early access if he PO the game on October 2nd

    That is pleasing to hear, its strange that so many sources state that October 1st is the last date, one source saying 30th of september is the last date, and now we have new information saying that October 2nd is the last date.. If this is true then i am relieved, but that is pretty disorganised on the companies end. Hopefully this isnt a lie, because i have yet to receive a preload version of the beta in my origin library.

    The above information also made my friend (the one in the chat) buy the game right after, in hope that he will get the early access. But as you can guess, no beta in his library yet.

    I think this is not the first time EA handle beta and pre order bonuses distribution. We totally deserve clarity regarding this.

    Same here, still no beta in my library, early access is in 25 hours. The chance is getting slimmer.

    I've got the same problem, preordered by the time they claimed I had, yet still nothing in my library. Only preordered for the beta early access so if I don't receive it I'll be getting a refund

    @kisezik Sorry your post got caught by the spam filter. It's been reinstated now, but then I removed the extra post as it's now a duplicate 🙂

    Thank you to everyone for the posts and for highlighting the tweet. 

    I think some of the confusion about this is that the timing/cutoff is less strict for console versions of the game. 

    Looking into this it seems that even for those that got in on Origin, the game won't be present for everyone yet and more codes will automatically be applied throughout the day. 

    In any case we should have more specific info tomorrow here and on help.ea.com. For now support have no way to assist, but once this changes we'll let folks know. Hopefully your codes will process as normal in the meantime though.

    In case the beta doesn`t appear anytime today, could we contact the ea customer support in order to get ourselves valid beta early access codes?

    Any updates on the situation?, the beta doesnt seem to be in my library still, and its 4 hours before the beta..., if me and many other people dont receive early beta access, can something be done to redeem us since we did preorder before October the 1st?
