This happened to me but i figured it out what was causing it if you have EA access and played the trial is pre loads for you. But there are some people that its not pre loading for them a few people still had the demo installed and its what was causing the fail pre load while some people are not having luck at all with pre load a friend of mine has the deluxe and no matter what it wont let him pre load.
- After relocating battlefrontiitrial.exe to another folder nothing happened. I still get that annoying message
